Manager Inventory Planning and Replenishment Lead

One of the Leading Company in Travel Accessories.

Education Qualification :

- BE ( Preferred /Not Mandatory) + PGDM/MBA from Reputed B -School, Exposure : Operations/Supply Chain

Work Experience :

- Preferably 5-7+ years of Experience in Inventory Planning /Supply Planning Profiles , Exposure to SAP Hana and Demand-Supply Planning Tools.

- Location: Mumbai

- Reports to: GM - Supply Planning

- Reportees: 1-2

Candidature :

1. Define Inventory holding policy at various nodes,( FG ) and RM Inventory at Factory Levels basis Cycle Stocks and Supply Chain Lead Times in multi country linked supply strategy

2. Generating rolling source basis supply & Dispatch Plans for optimum availability commitment to business and owning supply commitment to Demand working with Supply Planners of Source.

3. Inventory Replenishment, and Inventory Holding Rolling Plans set ups to ensure Maximum availability and Minimal excess inventory basis dynamic demand consumption

4. Setup Replenishment for all Inventory Nodes , set and review norms, ensure stock availability and Fill rates- Working with cross functional teams of Procurement , Manufacturing facilities

5. Raw Material Planning and Frequent Raw material ordering , Vendor Capacity Management mapping in a complex intercountry sourcing strategy

6. Product Life Cycle Management- manage phase in phase outs

7. Set up mechanism and ownership of obsolete and non-moving stock from working to avoid creation to liquidation of existing inventory if any

8. Working on Key Analytics Reports, S&OP Files , Replenishment Files , Stock Availability , Dispatch Planning , Channel Level Fill Rates commitments.
