HR Lead/Manager
- Judge India is looking for a skilled HR manager/lead to oversee Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
- The goal is to promote corporate values and enable business success through compensation & benefits program, employee relations, leave management, performance management, training & development, employment law & compliance, talent management, employee retention and CSR.
Location: Noida, India
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Nurture a positive working environment and spearhead the CSR initiatives
- Manage the onboarding process
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Performance Management, Incentive Management and Exit Process Management
- Drive processes like Reward & Recognition, Employee Learning and Development, etc.
- Facilitate and address employee concerns around performance, compensation and benefits
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- To consolidate the data and provide inputs to the Finance team to process the monthly payroll as per the attendance data.
- To take care of statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Actuarial like Bonus, Leave Encashment and Gratuity.
- Ensure legal compliance
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills
- Atleast 8 yrs. of experience in HR field
- People oriented and results driven
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Preferred:
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Master's degree in Human Resources or MBA
- Prior experience working with IT/ITES/Software companies
