Job Description :
- Candidate should have solid experience in HR Practices and Employee engagement and management
- Providing strategic and day-to-day operational task to drive the delivery of the business' HR plans
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationship, build morale and increase productivity and retention strategy
- Good understanding on Performance management and Organization development.
- Analyzing trends and metrics in HR function & deploy effective communication strategies and success metric
- Strong with number and has good understanding on compensation philosophy & execution
- Use various method of technique & method to make data based decision on direct and indirect financial
- Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business
- Working closely with respective BU managers and worked with them as real business partners to define the strategy, planning and execution in various gamut of HR dimensions
- Solid experience and result oriented approach & demonstration on employee engagement, competency development, succession planning
- Defining retention strategy, and ensuring the exit process and management run smoothly
- Provide HR policy guidance and framework
- Suggest new HR strategy, process and taking new initiatives & best practices
Job Requirements :
- Min. 3+ years of experience in Talent Management , HR Operations, Demand Fulfilment & Employee Lifecycle Management
- MBA Graduate in HR from Tier 2/3 college or from any well reputed institutes is must
- Should have managed a span of min. 250-300 FTE
- Preferably from Automotive or any manufacturing R&D / Service Industry / IT etc.,
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
