The role is a part of the Finance Controllership team. The focus of the role will be to understand and document all the processes within the Controllership team, identify areas of improvement and work with the stakeholders to implement the redesigned processes. The goal will be to have a Standard Operating Procedures manual (SOP) for all the processes

Responsibilities:

- Conduct a thorough analysis of existing internal finance processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Document the processes in a SOP manual

- Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather input and align reengineering efforts with organizational goals.

- Lead the redesign and implementation of streamlined processes, leveraging technology and best practices.

- Implement a risk-based approach to prioritize activities and resource allocation effectively.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of reengineered processes.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the finance team, encouraging innovation and efficiency.

- Develop and maintain clear communication channels with the stakeholders.

- Regularly review and adjust processes based on feedback, changing organizational needs, and industry best practices.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal audit standards.

- Conduct periodic audit review to assess the effectiveness of processes

- Lead the finance team's internal audits and be the key point of contact for the internal audits

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Master's degree and relevant certifications (e.g., CA / MBA) preferred.

- Proven experience in process reengineering, with a track record of successful implementations.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

- In-depth knowledge of audit methodologies, risk management, and internal control frameworks.

- Continuous learning mindset and commitment to staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
