Lead / Manager - Digital Performance Improvement (DPI) with a leading big 4
Responsibilities :
- Leading the team for digital performance improvement pursuits and projects
- Enable partnerships ecosystems for clients for their customer acquisition/retention beyond traditional channels
- Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy & execution plan
- Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
- Auditing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC using specialized Martech tools
- Ensuring successful planning, execution, optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
- Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
- Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
- Create decks, supervise project execution & maintain client relationships
- Constantly developing ecosystem of association & testing and implementation for new martech tools
- Acquire newer accounts for digital performance improvement
- The ideal candidate should be willing to travel extensively (50-60%) within India and outside India for short term assignments.
Required Experience & Skills :
- Strong oral and written communication skills is a must
- Strong presentation skill is a must
- 8+ years of proven growth hacking experience through performance marketing in scaling up digital companies (Entertainment/ Ecommerce/ Gaming/ Tech etc.)
Knowledge of Analytics, Attribution and Planning tools :
- Excellent analytical skills, leverage data, metrics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
- Experience of planning of installs, acquisitions and execution across platforms. Primary ownership of plan vs achievement on spends, scale and quality
- Experience in designing and implementing programs to improve CAC, LTV, through partnerships and martech tools
- Deep understanding of the ad-tech ecosystem, advertising measurement, audience data and major ad platforms
- Strong cross-functional skills and experience of working with product, engineering, creative and analytics teams
- Successfully communicates with a diverse set of technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Experience working under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management, communication, organisation, and collaboration skills.
Academic Qualifications :
Minimum :
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology or Graduate degree in business, economics, media, supply chain, or any other relevant field from a top tier institute
- Full time Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) or post graduate degree in Management/ Business Management
