Lead - Customer Success Manager
Location: Mumbai
Exp. 6.0 - 15.0 Years
Mandatory Requirement:
Working in a Supply Chain Finance/ fintech firm
- Experience in managing senior clients/partners and drive them towards the desired outcome.
- Graduate / Post Grad degree from a Tier 1 institute, with 6+ years of experience in consulting/customer success role
Skills/ Qualities Required:
- Strong large scale/complex Project Delivery expertise
- Problem solving: Ability to get to the root of problems and come up with logical, practical, and effective solutions
- Willingness to travel to different client locations across India for meetings on a need basis
- Fluent in English and Hindi (expertise in additional languages welcome)
Preferred qualifications :
- Graduate / Post Grad degree from a Tier 1 institute, with 6+ years of experience in consulting/customer success role
- Experience in managing senior clients/partners and drive them towards the desired outcome
- Experience in leading initiatives and delivering results
- Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced start-up environment preferred
Key Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead the Client engagements along with a team of Customer Success Managers
- Undertake key capability building and growth initiatives for the company to deliver best-in-class Client programs
- Manage end to end supply chains and derive rapid value delivery post-corporate client conversion
- Manage corporate client stakeholders and ensure quick program launch
- Own SME client conversion, transaction volume, and revenue targets
- Use analytical tools to monitor user growth, identify and solve key issues in user adoption
