Lead/Manager - Client Solutions - Technology Team

We are looking for a Client Solutions Lead to join the Technology team in our Clients Hyderabad office. This person will be responsible for bridging the gap between business problems and technology solutions, providing technical expertise for client initiatives, managing the delivery of client sponsored projects, and be the point of contact between our clients, software engineers, and product managers.

Hob Description:

- Translate business requirements to functional and technical solutions

- Understand and document project goals, project risks and key decisions that play a significant role in shaping the solution

- Define features, phases, and solution requirements to meet client requirements

- Work closely with product managers, engineering teams, technical relationship managers, for appropriate implementation of the functional specifications

- Manage software development lifecycle to provide custom solutions for clients

- Perform platform demonstrations and data mapping

- Spearhead critical and highly visible projects for the Company

- Represent our platform in client meetings

Requirements:

- A bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science with 6-10 years of the post MBA experience

- Prior software development experience is must

- Strong technology acumen, knowledge of software engineering process, design knowledge, and architecture intelligence

- Knowledge and skills cutting across technology, financial domain expertise, project management and coordination, and client communication

- Ability to drive cross-functional medium & large-scale projects, across business and technology domains
