Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Taking care of all the Export-Import and Logistics Activity including Customer Orders, Export Monthly Planning, Procurement Planning, Export Dispatch Planning through AIR/SEA.. Imports of Air / Sea Shipments. Bill Scrutiny, Monthly MIS, Etc.

2. Monitoring overall Pre-Shipment and Post Shipment Documents.

3. Handling Container & Stuffing Plan for Export Shipments.

4. Liaising with Factory for Export dispatches and arranging for transportation.

5. Liaising with CHA for Export Clearance.

6. Liaising Export Post Shipment Documents with Bank under DA/DP/ADVANCE & LC documents.

7. Handling MEIS and Duty Drawback Scheme and DGFT issues.

8. Handling Hazardous Shipments.

9. Freight Quotes and Freight Negotiation with Forwarders for Sea & Air Shipments.

10. Handling Import Shipments both by Sea & Air.

11. Monitoring monthly Sales Booking under ERP system.

12. Maintaining monthly MIS Reports and Freight Provision.

13. Coordination with Production and Procurement Teams,

14. Handling Re-export and Re-import Shipments.

15. Preparation of Complete Pre-Shipment Documentation under L/C, DA, DP and Advance payment.

16. Preparation of Commercial Documents on receipt of BL / AWB as per payment Terms.

17. Negotiation of Documents with Bank.

18. Reducing overall lead time of material in shipping

Requirements:

1. Good Communication Skills

2. Good Negotiation Skills

3. Knowledge of Certifications like ETA(Equipment Type Approval),BIS(Bureau of Indian Standards)

Good to Have:

1. Advance Certification Course in Export and Import from EXIM INSTITUTE /PGDLM (Post Graduation Diploma in Supply Chain and Logistics) or APICS CPCP

2. Manufacturing industry knowledge or background

Eligible candidates:

1. Desired Qualification: Diploma in Export Import Management /Bachelors of Electronics

2. Work Experience: 5-10 Years
