Operation Lead

Job Title : Lending Operation/Loan Operation

Location : Bangalore

Looking people from Startups, NBFC

- Handle a diverse set of activities including On boarding, Financial operations of Reconciliation and Settlement, Pre & Post Boarding Risk management, Transaction and Merchant Fraud monitoring, Dispute resolution, Merchant and Customer Support, Consumer Operations including wallet and Credit and New projects/initiatives

- Ensuring delivery of Services as per agreed SLAs with Internal teams and for Key stakeholders

- People management; Need to handle large and diverse team across multiple locations

- Working with partners in setting up Operational processes and controls for new launches

- Review and Continuously improving the existing operational processes and controls

- Work closely with Product and technology team in Automation of processes and controls. Ensure timely delivery and support for new product launches

- Lead and train teams to be empowered in managing responsibilities and Stakeholder management

- Ensure implementation of benchmark standards for Merchant and Customer Service and implement new channels for Service delivery

- Work with Global teams in building benchmark processes and policies for continuous improvement of Operational processes and controls
