Hiring for the MNC Client into Consumer Industry based in Mumbai.

Education - LLB / LLM

Work Exp - 7 years to 15 year's

Industry Experience - Consumer facing industry experience is mandatory.

Role - It's a lead role for the Legal function.

Profile in brief:-

Legal Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations.

Contract Management: Review, draft, and negotiate contracts and agreements with

suppliers, distributors, customers, and other stakeholders.

Intellectual Property Protection: Oversee the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and patents.

Legal Risk Management: Identify and assess legal risks associated with the company's operations, business transactions, and strategic initiatives. Implement risk mitigation measures and provide recommendations to senior management.

Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with corporate governance principles and practices. Advise the board of directors on legal matters and assist in the preparation of board meeting materials.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

- Good analytical and drafting skills, organized and committed to deadlines.

- Strong negotiation skills and experience, with keen ability to evaluate all legal implications with a focus on solutions and results.

- Robust personality with high levels of energy and drive.

- Self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks, prioritize tasks in a dynamic corporate environment.
