- Lead the vision of building a competency based organization &amp; drive specific competency acquisition through various channels including Learning initiatives &amp; effectiveness measurement, IDP focused activities &amp; digital courses - Responsible for evaluating partners, design of content, evaluation mechanisms etc for behavioral programs across different geographies - Own the change management around propagating &amp; increasing awareness of the Behavioral Competency Framework &amp; establishing linkages to various HR processes like hiring, promotions, appraisals etc - Automation of competency acquisition across the globe, creating a skill repository accessible to all senior leaders for decision making - Design &amp; publish key metrics which will clearly communicate the success criteria of the behavioral programs &amp; competency up skilling across the organization - Liasoning with top international &amp; national schools of excellence to identify programs for potential leaders &amp; managers as part of such initiatives - Responsible for designing &amp; implementing a comprehensive integrated plan for building higher engagement with new hires (both freshers &amp; laterals) with a view on decreasing infant mortality &amp; ensuring lesser ramp-up time
