Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Specialist to drive impactful training and development initiatives, focusing on the Sales function. You will shape talent management, develop leadership, and execute key succession planning strategies to enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify training needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultations with managers.
- Develop and execute training programs, including induction and skill development.
- Lead talent initiatives: HiPo identification, development centers, and 360-degree assessments.
- Design leadership development programs and manage coaching/mentoring efforts.
- Implement and monitor e-learning solutions (LMS/LXP).
- Evaluate training program success and ROI; manage the training calendar and budget.
-Support talent reviews and succession planning to ensure readiness for future roles.
Requirements:
- Education: MBA/PGDM with HR specialization from Tier 1/2 B-Schools.
- Experience: 3-5 years in L&D within the FMCG industry.
- Skills: Strong HR process knowledge, leadership development, and performance management expertise
