Roles and responsibilities :
- Plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths
- Ability to identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers
- Influence stakeholders by building creditability and clear metrics and plans to show improvement
- Reviews existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning and retention
- Partners with Brands / partners to add value and improvement in learning initiatives
- Build measures to evaluate the effectiveness of the learning initiatives
- Able to conduct Potential Development/Assessment Centre's for employees across different levels
- Ensure that all the New Store trainings are conducted on time and provide a high-quality orientation and on-boarding experience to the new recruits
