- Responsible for the delivery of the Organizational Development agenda with particular responsibility for Talent development, learning & training
- Design Competency Framework covering Technical/FunctionalLearning and Behavioral/ Leadership Learning.
- Design and deliver segmented learning and development programs, policies in alignment with business needs
- Partner with business to understand learning needs of teams and determine prioritized learning delivery
- Measure effectiveness and impact of the programs to improve the effectiveness of the L&D ecosystem
- Drive the e-learning through Learning Management Systems to drive the learning & development priorities
- Developing vendors network for creating/delivering customized learning and Develop curriculum as required
- Work with different stakeholders to evaluate and support program andt to ensure there is ease of organization-wide adoption.
- Works with team to monitor and evaluate training program, assess results, implement enhancements, and provide recommendations for training program effectiveness.
- Manage learning budget, assist and guide the finance team in preparing and implementing L&D budget and negotiating contracts.
- Act as Subject matter expert and providing thought leadership around program design and delivery
- Implement and drive Role based Certification Training Programs.
- Identify, develop and implement technical/functional training needs for all teams
- Identify, develop and implement Values based behavioral learning programs needs for all teams
- Design a blended learning approach and Implement learning communities
- Develop content internally or Source content with knowledge partners and ensure to facilitate deliver accordingly.
- Deploy innovative learning methodologies like simulations, gamification etc.
- Build a culture of social learning and curated learning content, MOOC Utilization and align it to business strategy
- Anchor new hire program to enable easysettling-in and acculturalization of GT/MT technical and behavioral learning
- Partners with functional consultants, institutional partnership, industry association to facilitate learning for segments workforce.
- Design and deploy Leadership development Programs and change management frameworks with an eye on internal competency mapping.
- Design Leadership Development Learning Plan customized to each leader and group learning plans
- Implement Leadership development assessments and driveaction plan basis assessment at individual and group level
- Design and implement Managerial Development Programs like Coaching, Mid Manager Development, - and Manager Bootcamp.
- Analyze people-related data, conduct assessments and own metrics to identify learning gaps, understand drivers of employee experience, and support high performing talent.
- Translate the talent-related data into insights through analysis that drives learning and developmental action plans at the appropriate levels.
- Works with leadership team to determine development needs of managers, designs, develops and delivers competency based assessment development center enabled with executive coaching intervention to build leadership/managerial pipeline.
- Succession plan and ensure training is aligned to support the plan
