We're looking for suitable FEMALE candidates for the following role:

ROLE : Lead - L&D

Role Description

As a learning business partner to drive the learning and development interventions, processes and support the talent management activities on national level for a specific Business/functions.

The role will involve the analysis, design, development and co-ordination of a high quality people development experience for the target groups.

Key Accountabilities:

- Creates, gets buy-in for talent management practices from the respective Business/Function leadership

- Partner with the business leadership for on-going functional training needs and skill gap identification aligned with business thrust areas

- Plans and implements company-wide strategy for driving learning excellence aimed at functional, behavioural and culture capabilities

- In charge of facilitation, scheduling, and delivery of training (using in-house and external experts) for executing these learning experiences

- Develops and implements a robust certification process for technical and domain training

- Drives innovation in learning (e.g., blended mobile and e-learning, etc.)

- Reviews and updates training material on a regular basis, works with external vendors for content creation and contextualization

- Researches and shares best practice with other team members on a regular basis and networks to understands the bigger L&D / HR picture

- Work with the L&D Head to drive select OD projects for the respective function

Desired Skills and Experience:

Primary Skills: Learning and Development Specialist- Certification would be advantageous

Must to Have:

- Self-motivated and able to manage own work load

- Ability to work closely in a virtual team spread across locations

- Able to build strong working relationships with all stakeholders

- Planning and organization

- Change Management

- Excellent Facilitation skills and cross functional group moderation

- Strong analytical and process orientation

Experience:

- A minimum of 5+ years L&D experience essential

Industry Preference: Services Industry

Educational qualifications:

- Post Graduate or

- Certifications /PG in L&D /HR
