Job Description :
Opportunity to work with top-level stakeholders to formulate and drive the learning and development strategy for the organisation
- Curate and implement the learning journey of employees (White collar and Blue Collar) with the help of a team and external consultants
- Find gaps in the current learning strategy and find solutions to improve the learning plan from a short team, midterm and a long term perspective
- Organization Bench-marking, design, and management of appropriate interventions
- Education: MBA in HR ,Full-Time is a must, Tier 1/2 candidates will be preferred
- The candidate must have experience in Manufacturing Setups covering Blue-collar and White-collar employees
- Strong Business acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills are necessary
- Experience working with external learning agencies is preferred
