Our client is a tech product firm offering sophisticated solutions to some of the world's most reputed financial institutions Our client seeks an experienced L&D Leader to lead their L&D practice in India. This role involves setting strategic direction for L&D, driving learning initiatives, and aligning talent development with business goals. You will collaborate with senior management and global stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Define and execute a comprehensive L&D strategy aligned with organizational goals and culture.
- Design and implement scalable, high-impact learning programs for a global workforce.
- Lead the creation of competency frameworks, training delivery, and performance development plans.
- Introduce innovative learning solutions and methodologies to improve program effectiveness.
- Integrate talent development initiatives within the broader L&D strategy.
- Support career development, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
- Coach and develop critical talent within the organization.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- 13+ years of progressive experience in L&D, with at least 2 - 3 years in a leadership role.
- Masters degree from a Tier 1 / Tier 2 Institute.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing learning strategies and programs.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Familiarity with learning technologies and platforms.
