Lead L&D
One of the pioneers in providing renewable energy solutions for Corporates and Industrial consumers with professionals spread across India & other parts in Asia serving multiple industries is hiring an L&D Professional.
Role Objective:
As the Lead Learning and Development (L&D) professional, the incumbent will spearhead the design, implementation, and evaluation of comprehensive training programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development within the organization. A Hands-on person willing to roll up sleeves & work along with Team, dealing with Line Managers & other stakeholders. Job Stability is a must & No frequent job switches.
Job Responsibilities:
This role will work closely with the CHRO & MD and be responsible for building and running the people development process mainly focusing on but not limited to:
Learning & Development:
- Creating a robust L&D process, including identifying training needs, creating training calendar and running training programs across levels
- Creating a robust process for hi potential employee development, including making IDPs, career paths & succession planning
Performance Management:
- Running the annual performance appraisal process and refining the same
- Running mid- year feedback sessions and Multi rater feedback/360 feedback sessions.
- Participating in feedback conversations and creating action plans out of the same.
Employee Engagement:
- Running engagement & pulse surveys
- Co-creating action plans with managers and ensuring the same is completed.
- Custodian of and drafting and revising employee Policies, Employee handbook and Guidelines as and when needed.
- Special Projects of Employee Development
- Responsible for driving Rewards and Recognitions for the Organization.
- Additional responsibilities as and when required.
SKills/Competencies/Exp:
- 6-8 years exp, MBA HR from a Good B School; Should have spent at least 3 years in an organization in L&D and related roles.
- Exceptionally strong exposure in L&D, PMS& employee engagement
- Experience of driving processes independently.
- Thrives in ambiguous situations.
- Excellent communicator
- Good stakeholder management
- Go-getter with strong Influencing skill; Excellent Inter-personal skills.
- Willing to work from office
