2. Capability Building - Create Interventions to Develop/Identify and Deliver based on the need of Businesses
3. L&D Analytics - Function Effectiveness - Create metrics and dashboard for L&D
4. Program Effectiveness - To analyse the effectiveness of the program to ensure the objectives are the program are delivered
5. Communication & Presentation and Branding of L&D achievements by supporting in Building awareness around key L&D initiatives like Flagship Programmers to encourage participants to join the development journey
6. Conduct Training Needs Analysis exercise.
7. Create Competency Building Matrix
8. Launch & implement functional programs with high feedback score from Participants and Leaders.
9. Identify the right metrics for capturing the feedback to understand the effectiveness
10. Design and Analyse data from Dashboard
11. Identify the metrics for L&D function to measure the effectiveness.
12. Support in Monthly and Quarterly reporting through newsletters on all L&D initiatives.
13. Support in Developing Mailers, Logos and other communication material for learning events
14. Measure the awareness of the programs by employees through a quarterly survey
