- Design, develop, and implement effective training programs and initiatives tailored to address identified learning needs
- Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing course content, user experience, and reporting functionalities.
- Lead knowledge management efforts by creating, organizing, and maintaining a repository of learning resources, training materials, and best practices.
- Create engaging and interactive training content that caters to diverse learning styles, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill enhancement.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in L&D, introducing innovative approaches to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Carrying out capability/competency assessments across the organization
- Designing learning solutions to ensure employees get the best out of their development
- Using digital tools to create flexible and innovative learning programs
- Facilitating a range of learning interventions, including technical, behavioral, and leadership programs
- Designing and delivering training programs
- Assessing development needs
- Tracking learning effectiveness
- Collaborating with employees and managers to support career development
- Managing budgets and vendor relationships
Preferably from a Manufacturing or chemical industry background
Exposure into:
- Skill Matrix
- LMS
- Co-ordination with multiple locations for L&D Priorities
- Training Calendar
- Post Training evaluations
- Advanced L&D Processes and practices etc.
- Should be good in MS Office suite (at least Excel and PowerPoint)
- Content creation for training programs
- Vendor management (negotiation etc.)
