Job Description - Our client, a leading MNC manufacturing company is looking to hire a Lead L&D candidate with 3 to 5 Years of experience in L&D function.

Description:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to assess learning needs, identify skill gaps, and determine training priorities for different employee levels and departments.


2. Design and develop comprehensive learning solutions, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, blended learning programs, job aids, and other relevant materials.


3. Utilize instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies to create engaging and interactive training content that aligns with learning objectives.


4. Coordinate and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually, ensuring high-quality facilitation and a positive learning experience for participants.


5. Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback mechanisms, and make necessary revisions to improve program outcomes.


6. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating innovative techniques and technologies to enhance the learning experience.


7. Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal trainers to leverage their expertise in developing and delivering specialized training programs.


8. Partner with HR Business Partners and managers to identify high-potential employees and create customized development plans to support their career growth and succession planning.
