The Job Description is given below:

Role Description:

- Planning and delivery of learning programs

- Advocating for learning and development amongst stakeholders, including driving training completion goals and operational excellence in partnership with business leadership

- Consulting on skill gaps and identifying and delivering relevant solutions

- Train or facilitate programs as required

- Oversee general logistics and administration for various training programs

- Lead and support the digital learning efforts

- Work with various internal stakeholders to address the customized learning needs.

- Training Feedback, Data Management and Analyze data to measure learning effectiveness and impact on learning program designed

- Managing certification databases effectively.

Ability to build effective learning programs and e-learning courses

- Excellent communication skills

- Strong coaching, facilitation, and presentation skills

- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and solutions

- Ability to analyze data and metrics

- Ability to program manage multiple projects running in parallel
