- Client is looking for dynamic leader to drive various L&D function for the group.
- Learning Architect with focus on innovative learning journeys, and with impact on business and 'future of work'.
- Partnering with business for strategic learning initiatives especially in Technology & Digital Leadership. Includes Learning strategy, Needs assessment, Solution Design & Execution, Policies, Processes, Budget.
- Nurture and manage the partner ecosystem for Learning solutions, Assessments, Certifications, E-learning & Content development, Learning technologies at various platforms.
- Identifying various gap and competency mapping, performance management system.
- Talent assessment enabler and building robust culture within the organization.
- Strong focus on technology enablement and digital transformation.
- Hands on leader who has handled large scale projects & program management end to end.
- Candidate from Technology & Product companies are preferred
Hands on leader with managing large scale projects and excellent program management skills are required.
