This role will require you to do the following :
1) Coaches managers and leaders on values, purpose, skills development, change management, mindset shifts, and commitment to the transformation of self.
2) Facilitates skill development and career advancement of managers & leaders and guides them in creating their career plans
3) Helps to identify their strengths, opportunities, values and purpose through various vehicles including regular 1:1 coaching sessions, gathering and sharing feedback, and using coaching to provoke critical thinking
4) Work closely with reporting managers and Sr Leadership to share organizational needs from employee themes and create a plan to address those needs.
Skills required:
MBA WITH 10-15 YEARS EXPERIENCE in coaching leadership teams, change management, organization transformations, career advancements, building leadership capabilities, Talent management & culture change .
