Job Role
- Develop, facilitate and monitor the learning strategy for the organization
- Focus on Functional and Behavioral skill development aligned to the Competency framework of the Organization
- Design and Execute the Technical and Sales Distribution Training Model
- Conceive, design, develop and deliver Manager Development Programs
- Consult with business and key internal stakeholders to provide pervasive learning solutions and alternatives maximizing internal capabilities, promoting dynamic learning, creating an ideal mix of informal, formal, and social learning strategies.
- Ensure effective application of learning solutions and capabilities in the context of the business strategy to create the most value and impact at the business level
- Provide managers and employees with an objective, third-party channel to facilitate professional and personal change, ranging from one-time spot coaching on basic objectives to long-term transformational coaching
- Improve employees time to proficiency by helping them to apply new skills and behaviors and improve performance
