Lead Learning & Development L&D Lead About the role: - We are seeking a passionate and innovative Learning and Development Lead to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing impactful learning and development programs that align with our organizational goals and employee needs. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development, equipping our employees with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. - Ideally somebody from a Sales background would be preferred, who has now moved to a Training/Learning team. Their major focus would include Sales Training, Corporate L&D and LMS, as well as Learning/Training Delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities across the organization. - Design and develop engaging and effective learning programs, utilizing a variety of delivery methods (e.g., in-person workshops, online courses, mentorship programs, coaching). - Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning content. - Manage and deliver training programs, including facilitating workshops, coaching sessions, and mentoring activities. - Develop and implement a comprehensive learning management system (LMS) to track and manage learning activities. - Partner with business leaders to ensure that learning programs align with departmental and organizational goals. - Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make recommendations for improvement. - Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in learning and development. - Manage the learning and development budget effectively. Qualifications: - 3 to 6 years of experience in an L&D role - 1 to 2 years in a sales role - Excellent verbal and written communication - High energy and great attitude - Open to working 6 days a week from Bangalore and in office
