Learning & Development COE - Company's Corporate University
Job Description:
- Set up the Corporate University
- Central hub for all technical learning
- Industrialize, create and deliver learning content
- Drive the implementation of company's wide initiatives for upskilling and reskilling of employees
- Support Leadership development
- Learning Needs identification for current business and technology trends in market; develop and drive training programs, as required, to cover a larger population of employees and improve learning face time. Recommends appropriate delivery methods to optimize knowledge transfer.
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Create and implement innovative and efficient learning solutions according to the business & HR needs, culture and Group learning philosophy
- Constantly identify individuals, teams and organizations short and medium-term needs
- Translate company strategies into actionable learning & development strategies, plans and initiatives.
- Develop sound relationships with business leaders, managers, and employees to understand
- Training needs and accordingly envisage appropriate development interventions
- Develop & deliver new learning curriculum and drive programs right from program delivery to evaluation of effectiveness.
- Facilitate learning events & workshop, measure the learning impact for continuous improvement and communicate to the business
- Monitor the budget allocated and optimize learning investments efficiency
- Use of data and metrics to drive learning activity as a business
- Promote learning activity and contribution to business, internally and externally
- Manage partnership with external providers/consultants/experts/certified trainers
- Identify, recruit, develop and reward internal speakers/trainers
- The individual should be able to engage with senior members of the organization to prioritize and create learning artefacts, deliver training, and implement communication activities
- Stay up to date on learning news and trends
