The Senior Lead for Learning and Development will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive learning and development programs that align with the organization's strategic goal. This role plays an important role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization. The incumbent will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure that training initiatives meet business needs and enhance employee performance.
This role reports into the Head of HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement L&D strategies that support the overall business objectives.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across the organization.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective learning programs, including workshops, e- learning modules, and on-the-job training.
- Manage the full training cycle, including designing content, scheduling sessions, coordinating logistics, and evaluating outcomes.
- Work closely with department heads to align L&D initiatives with business goals.
- Build strong relationships with external training vendors and consultants.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Continuously improve L&D programs based on feedback and changing business needs.

Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources with 5-6 years' experience in L&D
