- Familiarity with the latest technologies such as AI, Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, SaaS, etc., and the ability to develop learning programs around them.
- Hands-on experience or a deep understanding of software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and digital transformation.
1. Learning Needs Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders from various technical functions to identify and assess learning needs and competency gaps across the organization.
2. Program Design & Development: Lead the creation and development of technical L&D programs tailored to meet organizational needs, focusing on current and emerging technologies.
3. Stakeholder Coordination: To work closely with technical function heads, the internal Tech L&D team, and external partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment of L&D initiatives.
4. Industry Best Practices: Research and incorporate the latest trends, methodologies, and tools in Tech L&D to ensure the organization stays at the forefront of learning innovation.
5. Competency Program Reevaluation: Periodically reassess and optimize current competency development programs to ensure they meet evolving business and technical demands.
6. Program Effectiveness & Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of L&D programs, utilizing feedback, metrics, and industry insights to drive improvements.
