The person will be responsible for -
Content Creation (Induction & Refresher) & Management for learners
Training SOP's & manual
Assessments & Certification
Technology based Learning-LMS, Mobile etc. .
The person should-
Have extensive experience in instructional design using various learning methodologies in large organization
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Preferably some experience in Technology based learning like LMS,Mobile etc. Experience in creating blogs,wikkis,microsite would be a bonus.
From Best in the industry
Minimum 9-13 yrs of experience with 6 years of experience in building training content. Also experience in various other tools like flash, photoshop, articulate, adobe captivate etc.
Mandate- certification in instructional design.
