Lead - Key Account Management - Personal Care

Domnic Lewis has been mandated to hire a KAM Lead for the Thane location

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Management : Develop and execute ambitious growth plans for key eCommerce platforms, taking ownership of overall business performance. Manage channel marketing budgets and consumer promotions to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

- Visibility and Brand Management : Ensure comprehensive cataloguing and optimal product fill levels across all categories to enhance brand representation. Drive content innovation strategies to improve organic reach and engagement. Represent the brand effectively in key marketplace events and maximize visibility in strategic properties.

- Operational Excellence : Implement standardized operational processes across multiple warehouse locations for efficiency and scalability. Coordinate closely with supply chain teams to optimize stock availability and distribution logistics.

- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate closely with marketplace teams, internal brand and category teams, and supply chain stakeholders to drive cohesive strategies for brand growth and sales.

- People Leadership : Foster a supportive and collaborative team environment, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to build a high-performing eCommerce team. Recruit and cultivate a motivated team focused on sustainable and profitable eCommerce business growth.

Experience & Qualifications:

Mandatory:

- MBA from a reputable institution.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or eCommerce roles with significant P&L responsibility.

- Proven track record in eCommerce marketplace management.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.

- Exceptional numerical proficiency and problem-solving abilities.

- Strategic planning, analytical thinking, and relationship management skills.
