End to End HR Recruitment.
- Leverage your experience to source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools, Job portals and social networking recruitment.
- Involved in End-to-End recruitment process across all levels and skills.
- Responsible for Entire Recruitment cycle right from searching / sourcing and screening resumes to short-listing candidates, coordinating, & conducting interviews.
- Sourcing and shortlisting the resumes through Job Portals.
- Scheduling Interviews, briefing candidates before and after interviews.
- Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
- Candidate must have ability to handle pressure and work as per the given target.
