Lead - IT Infrastructure - Network & Data Center Management

Job Profile-

An Network team lead you are responsible to manage all IT infra related services, specially Network (LAN and WAN), you will be SPOC for all network related services including LAN, WAN, IP Telephony, COLO Datacentre management etc. Position for individuals with a background in core network infrastructures and Datacentre.

Key Activities-

- Excellent working knowledge on big network environment (LAN & WAN) and Datacentre

- Responsible for Designs and develop complex, multi-segment network infrastructure, including switching, routing, firewall.

- Troubleshoots and resolves the most complex network performance and connectivity problems

- Participates in planning and managing large IT migration and conversion projects

- Prepare and manage documentation for technologies you are responsible and ensure it is up to date.

- Should be a good in problem/ incident management, and knowledge on IT ticketing system and change management process and tools.

- Should have hand on working experience on Co-location Datacenter environment and have participated on datacenter design.

- Should have knowledge of Cooling and power devices.

- Lead, encourage and empower the subordinates and other peer group of members of the core IT services.

Personal Characteristic-

- Must be able to work as individual and Team lead

- Must possess a 'can do' approach to tasks/project.

- Manage and execute projects within time, budget and quality standards.

- Excellent team leader with ability to motivate people and drive projects forward.

- Experience in leading IT projects would be advantageous but not essential.

- Experience in the travel industry would be advantageous although not essential.

- Willing and able to assume responsibility and lead integration and rollout projects when required.

Certification:

- Candidate should be CCNA and CCNP certified.

- Palo Alto certification/ Training would be added advantage
