- Governance lead / Manager creates and amends IT contracts. Contract managers
- Write up IT contracts related Scope, SLAs and relevant annexures. Governance Lead / Managers oversee IT contracts, perform contract audits, create improvement plans with partner. Work with internal IT team and partner team for drafting new RFP, contracts & amendments as necessary.
- Supports internal IT team for any new contract, needs to understand the advantages and pitfalls of contracts and be familiar with a plethora of contract details.
Responsibilities:
- Create, analyze, and execute IT contracts for various transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with partners internal IT team and other business connections
- Maintain contract-related documents and correspondence
- Present contract information to relevant parties.
- Troubleshoot contract-related problems, such as breach of contract with analytics e.g.: Reviewing SLAs, measuring contract scope, delivery timelines etc.
- Keep track of contracts and extend, renew, or close them out
- Perform contract audits & prepare contract compliance dashboard.
- Work cohesively with partner to prepare improvement plans
- Stay informed about changes to relevant IT rules and regulations
Qualification:
Combined 10+ years' experience in IT Operations and Service Management with 2 years in a leadership role (IT Governance in equivalent industry)
- IT Governance certification (Cobit-5)
- Strong experience or understanding of the service management and IT Governance standards within the context of service development and service operations & Governance
- Experience with the DevOps & Governance model
- Strong experience with the Microsoft Office suite, including the ability to build and maintain reports and plans.
- Strong technical knowledge of application and IT systems at all layers including commercial software, cloud-based, and custom applications, middleware, operating systems, databases, servers, networks, and virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of business objectives, drivers, principles, and related technology solutions.
- High degree of autonomy and drive, with full ownership of the work
- Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with people at all organizational levels
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation communication & interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering or equivalent experience
