Lead - Investor Relations - Retail/Media/FMCG/BFSI

Key Responsibilities

- Analyse and prepare internal and external communication documents

- Preparing quarterly analyst presentation, Press releases, Annual report content, MIS and other department presentations on need basis.

- Build relationship with analysts & Investors by attending Investor Conferences, telecom & meetings

- Interactions with Institutional Investors on an ongoing basis. Present compelling investment case.

- Ensue timely update of IR content on website & adhere to SEBI & other regulatory guidelines related to IR.

- Train junior members of the IR Team - Excellent Presentation skills and knowledge of ppt, excel & word.

Education

- MBA Finance/ CA/ ICWA/CS - Candidates with CFA certificate would be added advantage.

- Should have experience on interacting with investor community and making group presentations

- Should have thorough understanding of stock markets & SEBI regulations relating to IR.

- Good analytical skills Technical Competencies: - Ability to use Bloomberg and other financial databases.
