Lead - Investor Relations - Business Conglomorate

Looking for a very senior role in Investor relations for a reputed business conglomorate based in Mumbai

Reporting to CFO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop strong understanding of the company business, its financial model and communicate the same effectively to the Investor Relations community.

- Prepare Analyst/Investor communication materials for quarterly results, investor conferences.

- Responsible for key aspects of quarterly earnings reporting including deliverables involving interacting with senior management for preparation of earnings call script, press release, Q&A document and setting up of quarterly earnings call.

- Update and improve all Financial and Investor communication, including Company Fact Sheet, Corporate Presentation, Board Presentations, Earnings Release materials, Investor Q&A, Investor section of Company website.

- Manage and participate in Investor conferences, road shows, planning manufacturing facility visits, Shareholder's Annual General Meetings, in-office meetings etc.

- Maintain Investor profiles, Investor/ Analyst engagement metrics, track shareholding pattern.

- Identifying potential new Investors while supporting existing Investors by maximizing the reach to the Investor Community.

- Peer benchmarking, tracking key developments in industry, as well as carrying out detailed sector research for Top Management.

- Develop financial models and perform various competitive analyses and benchmarking of the company / businesses, relative to Indian and global peers.

- Assisting in creating high quality Annual Report for the company.

- Supporting in preparing for roadshows, investor conferences and various other events. Collect and collate operational metrics as needed, work with other teams such as ESG etc. to facilitate external engagement and reporting.

- Perform ad-hoc business analysis and financial modelling.

- Support P&L analysis and M&A related work.

- Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behavior, shareholder issues.

- Monitor analyst reports on the Company and its peers and summarize them for management.

- Benchmarking presentations, annual reports and other disclosures by peer companies and incorporating industry-wide best practices
