Lead - Investment Management Asset/Wealth Management - BFSI

Investment Management Leader will be responsible for setting up and managing the investment management technology team. This is a leadership role responsible for hiring, setting up core Investment Management technology team, guiding delivery execution, extensive stakeholder management with international senior stakeholders and ensuring overall success to the strategic objectives. Expected to have owned investment management technology delivery with a reputable firm.

Key Responsibilities:

- MUST have experience of managing large investment management technology team for a reputed international firm.

- Should have ability to hire senior talent; should have scaled India teams ground up

- Strong on communication and stakeholder management - ability to converse and communicate with international audience.

- Should have a strong delivery background with experience of managing latest technology deliveries.

- Should have good leadership qualities to inspire a large team, execute and manage delivery function.

Person Specification:

Education - Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science

Experience - 20+ years (BFSI Space)

8+ years of relevant experience in I M domain
