Responsibility

- These platforms are used by 10+ million users

- Techops for the Digital Platforms (Apps, Portals and Backend) running in containers as well as monoliths

- Engage with multiple Countries towards delivery of services under tight SLAs

- Work with business to support on Bizops related matters

- Driving automation across the landscape minimizing manual efforts

- Delivering high availability and high performance

- Build and manage high degree of platform resilience

- Build monitoring tools and frameworks

- Engage with product engineering for defect and bug fixes

- Support in maintaining higher ratings of the apps on play store and appstore

Requirements

- At least 12 years of experience, preferred 16 years+

- Should have led a team of atleast 40 people

- Should have run operations of multiple platforms

- Should have delivered SLAs in a 24x7 setup

- Coming from a dev background a plus

- Running a multiple country setup a plus
