Lead - Internal Controls - Secured Lending - BFSI

Key Responsibilities but not limited to:

- Review the existing Processes, SOP, approvals and suggest/implement amendments to/with retail lending team for meeting governance & regulatory standards.

- Highlight gaps in current processes and procedures which has an impact on regulatory, audit and governance standards.

- Review various RBI circulars and identify the scope of improvement in the system, process, documentation, location mapping, authority etc. across all products and functions of retail lending

- Collaboration with Process team to standardize process workflows for ease of implementation at the ground by retail lending team.

- Review the existing documentation to ensure that each document is standardized across geography.

- Design, implement and monitor self-assessment models for each stakeholder to fulfil the benchmarks set for governance standards set by the bank.

- Assist the product/business teams with interfacing with the regulator
