Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement organization-wide internal communication strategy while ensuring consistency and alignment across all functions and regions
- Partner with Senior Stakeholders across functions on key areas of the business and effectively translate business objectives and requirements into effective Internal Communication and Engagement strategies
- Plan content and oversee implementation for various leadership connect forums (C1, Virtual townhall), events such as RISE, Crusade etc. and other key events
- Build and cascade communication around organizational initiatives, projects, various HR programs, Reach Out Communications etc. and create & publish newsletters
- Ensure consistency of internal communication messages across all mediums and for different Business Units and departments of the organization while confirming with brand compliance and trademark protection standards
- Manage and develop the Internal Communication channels and continuously improve their effectiveness using insights and measurements
- Work & coordinate with external communication agencies to ensure consistency of messaging. Provide direction to agencies, analyze their day to day activities, set standards on various parameters and review their work on weekly / monthly basis
- Serve as a communications subject matter expert for colleagues who need assistance developing internal communications plans and tactics
- Liaise with Corporate Communications & marketing teams on matters as appropriate
