- Accountable for owning the end-to-end communications for shared services
- Creating a consistent and collaborative communication approach within various teams and functional teams to achieve the business goals in a unified manner.
- Work as the channel owner for all communications with a responsibility for the quality, content, look and feel;
- Plan, edit, write and deliver consistent, engaging communications in simple business language for employees, functional teams (in or within wider organization) through a variety of online and offline internal communication channels including intranet, email, video, newsletters and town halls.
- Provide comms support to all strategic change management programmes relating to transformation roadmap and vision of delivering process-centric shared services
- Working regularly with broader communications team, customers and stakeholders across various countries/ regions to proactively identify and deliver communication opportunities including senior management/ leadership blogs, case studies, local reward and recognition initiatives, etc.
- Develop and implement internal communications activities for specific businesses / change programmes;
- Continually improve communications framework and channels to engage stakeholders and enable the effective delivery of messages to audiences based on feedback from audience
- Effective measurement of engagement and analytics; measure success of existing resources and develop new and alternative ideas to ensure key messages are delivered in the most effective manner to drive the right behaviours
