Role: Lead-Internal Communication

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 10+ Years of Experience in Internal Communication in an agency or corporate

Job Purpose:

The role holder has the responsibility to spearhead and organize the planning, development, implementation and delivery of Internal communications for Organization in order to raise the publications, Newsletters, email announcements, Intranet. This is a critical role, via which all internal flows of communication and is a vital element for Employee Communication.

Responsibilities:

- Implement communication strategies for delivery of corporate culture and business strategy.

- Manage budget related to internal communications, ensuring that adequate provision is made for all activities.

- Develop internal publications such as newsletters, releases, email announcements, planned publications, on-line, intranet, video, special projects and assignments.

- Experience in handling internal communications in an agency or corporate.

- Strong content writing skills.

- Ability to engage with key stakeholders in the organization, understand requirements and design internal campaigns.

- Understanding of information sensitivity.

- Collaborative & a team player.

- Flexibility in terms of work hours and willingness to go the extra mile to meet organization requirements.

- Ability to be creative and deploy new ideas to communicate effectively with an employee.base spread across the country.

- Knowledge of social media and digital execution of campaigns.
