A Lead Internal Audit reporting to Head Internal Audit role with one of our reputed clients in Mumbai. Please find below the detail job description

1. Execute internal audit as per the plan approved by Audit Committee

2. Perform co-audits with our outsourced internal audit partner

3. Execute special assignments as directed by the CXOs based on the emerging risks

4. Initiate the process of periodical operational audits at warehouses (including monitoring the physical verification at all locations) - new initiative

5. Drive continuous control monitoring across of all entities - new initiative

6. Assist the Head Internal Audit to review the incident reports received over the ethics helpline - new initiative

7. Preparation of audit committee decks

8. Drive IFC (Internal Financial Controls) testing across all entities - new initiative.

- A CA with 5-8 years of experience.

- Should have a strong Negotiation skills,

- Excellent Communication of ideas and convincing skills

- Critical thinking, Analytical skills

- Integrity, Teamwork , Fast learner, Accounting System knowledge.
