- 6+ years of experience in designing and developing intentional Higher education ( college & univ) programs
Job Description and Technical Skills:
- Deep understanding of instructional design, learning principles, and accessibility
- Need deep understanding of the current priorities and challenges, while working on assigned projects
- Need experience working in a hands on fashion with a variety of learning management systems, learning technology platforms, and content management systems
- Experience in creating online courses, mobile courses, micro-learning experiences, and converting classroom or blended courses to an online environment, would be preferred
- Track record of leading instructional projects successfully
- Excellent presentation, writing, and customer service skills. Effective communication with technical and non-technical audiences is essential.
- The ability to work both independently and as a member of a team is required, as is problem solving, juggling multiple priorities, and working within set time frames.

Responsibilities:
- Study, understand and analyze project requirements and deliverables
- Set methodologies and workflows for project execution
- Create effort estimations for project tasks and define productivity norms for the teams
- Prepare production checklists and guidelines
- Train team members and suppliers on project related requirements and processes
- Manage the teams and suppliers on a daily basis
- Conduct quality reviews of all deliverables as per the defined review process
- Ensure the delivery schedules are adhered to
- Identify possible risks at production level and communicate the same to stakeholders
- Provide timely feedback on team's and supplier's performance to Project Manager
- Comply with project related laws and regulations
- Good to have exposure of information security practices
