Institutional Market Linkages Lead (Agri)
We are currently retained by a well-established Agri company to hire an Institutional Market Linkages Lead for them. Please note this is an agri based role and needs someone with strong background in Agri- Input/output industry.
Ideally you should have worked in a consulting organization on agri market linkages or with an agri startup.
As an Institutional Market Linkages lead, you will be leading all partnerships/alliances with FPOs and institutional buyers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Tie ups with farmers/FPOs, Institutions, Agri Input/output companies
- Building, planning, directing, and implementing business strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the organization.
- Lead generation and identification of new channel partner
- Participate in various event / webinar / seminar & Liasoning with Government departments
- Team building, risk management, scaling up the business & relationship management with institutional buyers.
To fit the bill, you must have:
- 4+ years in Agri Institutional business
- Led tie ups experience with farmers/ Institutions/FPOs /NGO's/Agri Input/ Output companies
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Adept in legal documentation / agreement etc
- B.Sc (Agri)/ B.Tech (Agri) along with MBA in ( Agribusiness) from Top college
Please note that only those who are self-starters and open to a fair amount of travel will work.
