Inside Sales Lead
- We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Lead to oversee and support our sales team.
- The Inside Sales Manager will monitor sales metrics and manage the entire sales administration process.
- They will collaborate with various professionals, so they must have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working in a team environment.
- Ultimately, the Inside Sales Lead should be able to build a high-performance sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
- Proficiency in spoken English should be good enough to connect with the customer with the value proposition.
- 6+ Years' experience in Inside Sales & online demonstration for Tech /SaaS-based products & services.
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dealing with dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
