Responsibility:
1. Owning the inside sales practice and outbound outreach processes within the organisation
2. Owning the outbound driven lead pipeline. This includes:
3. Setting up the team and building a culture of retaining top tier talent
4. Setting up processes for outbound lead generation that is in-line with global best practices
5. Setting up research practice to find prospects and discover market trends
6. Building and engine to grow the lead volume as per business needs
7. Building and running a team of rockstar SDRs to ensure a healthy lead funnel of high value and high probability prospects
Requirements:
1. Entrepreneurship, basically the ability to challenge the old methods and lead the company into new markets.
2. Previous work experience and proven success as a inside sales leader / SDR team leader at an early to mid stage (seed, series A, B or C) venture backed company
3. Proven success in setting up remote inside sales processes for international markets
4. Ability to lead a team of high potential SDRs
5. Ideal work experience: 6-9 years
