Lead - IT - NBFC - North India
Responsibilities:
- Owner of all IT Assets within the company, spearhead all IT Audit and Compliance activities covering Information Security and Cyber Security projects, processes and assets
- Act as Data guardian and SPOC for all Core IT aspects covering, but not limiting to End User Support, Desktop & Server support, Office / branch IT Network, company-wide software licensing, Communication and Collaboration tools, Data Backups, Recovery, Firewalls and Security aspects within the company
- Responsible for maintaining server infrastructure for the entire company on company's data center and AWS and spearhead data center Cloud Migration strategy
- Work closely with EKL IT Head and other technology managers and business heads within the company, as the driving force behind organization's digital transformation
- Act as a business consultant to help transform the company and respective businesses from manual and semi-automated processes to maximum automation
- Implement strategic and comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program
- Provide leadership to the enterprise's information IT organization, understand and interact with related disciplines through committees to ensure the consistent application of policies and standards across all IT projects, systems and services
- Liaise with partner consultants, all business stakeholders and product partners for enterprise product rollouts to ensure maximum uptime and timely availability for all business applications and IT assets
- Assist with the overall business technology planning, providing a current knowledge and future vision of technology and systems
- Spearhead communication with all concerned regulatory bodies for all IT measures and activities
- Identify system and application needs as per requirements of various departments while assessing risk and its impact.
- To manage and optimize day-to-day IT operations and a seamless user experience.
- Responsible for planning and implementing technology infrastructure and digital transformation functions and integrating with all branches.
- Vendor Management (MiFin, FinOne etc)
- Establishing Technology standards and compliance
- Planning and Budgeting
- Project Management, API Integration-BRD, Score card development, Vendor Liaison, RFI, RFP, RFQ, etc.
- Ensure training and adaptation of technology across the organization
- Present Core IT initiatives to CX stakeholders and represent the company on various platforms
- Engage and report critical information with regulatory authorities in matters of IT Security, Cyber Security, Information Security audits / compliances / breaches etc.
