Role & Responsibilities

- Lead the development of influencer marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, target audience insights, and market trends, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and brand strategies.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to the influencer marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture focused on achieving campaign objectives and driving results.

- Oversee the identification, selection, and management of influencer partnerships, including negotiation of terms, contract agreements, and campaign deliverables, to optimize brand alignment and maximize impact.

- Direct the planning, execution, and optimization of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple channels and platforms, ensuring seamless integration with other marketing initiatives and adherence to campaign timelines and budgets.

- Implement robust measurement and tracking mechanisms to monitor the performance of influencer campaigns, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and derive actionable insights for continuous optimization and improvement.

- Cultivate and nurture relationships with key influencers and industry stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships built on mutual trust, respect, and collaboration.

- Manage influencer marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and drive efficiencies while maintaining financial discipline and accountability.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, sales, and product, to ensure alignment of influencer marketing initiatives with broader business objectives and seamless integration across all touchpoints.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing, leveraging insights to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, guidelines, and ethical standards in influencer marketing activities, including disclosure requirements and transparency practices, to uphold the integrity and reputation of the brand.

Ideal Candidate

- Masters or bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

- 8-11 years of experience as in Social Media marketing or similar roles.

- Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in developing and executing influencer campaigns.

- Knowledge of influencer marketing trends, platforms, and best practices, with a keen understanding of different social media channels and their respective audiences.

- Established relationships with influencers and content creators across various industries and platforms, with the ability to identify and engage with the right influencers for each campaign.

- Proficiency in analyzing data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and make data-driven decisions for optimization.

- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team of influencer marketing professionals to achieve campaign objectives and drive results.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
