Job Description:

Influencer Onboarding is one of the strongest pillars of growth and user acquisition at Dollstore and we are looking for a creative, dynamic, and energetic individual to join our team and scale this vertical for us! With the aim to acquire high-quality users for the app, we collaborate with influencers across different genres and languages.

Location: Remote

Experience: 1+ years

- Sourcing actors/models

- Screen testing

- Coordinating b/w the Scriptwriter and actor

Getting the videos :

- Evangelize Astrotalk amongst the influencer community including reaching out to new influencers, activating existing influencers, and building and maintaining strong relationships.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting influencer relationships.

- Engaging with top influencers operating in India across regions/sectors/platforms.

- Own and manage the short-term and long-term influencer calendar.

- Intersecting and aligning the right kind of content with the core features of the Astrotalk app.

- End-to-end operations oversight: planning the execution of the influencer marketing calendar across categories (objective setting, KPI planning, platform selection, influencer identification outreach, negotiation, content creation, deployment, measurement)
